Current
procedures and documentation in place:
Inwards
goods received register varifying quantities received
Inward
goods checked against your delivery docket or your suppliers delivery
docket. Any shortage, faults or breakages are reported to
you immediately.
Production
identification incoming
Products
are identified against your goods and any abnormalities would be
notified to you.
First
sample approval
Where
requested, production samples can be couriered to you within 15
minutes of commencement of your job. You could give us feedback
as soon as you wish.
Perfect
Sample
A
perfect sample would be supplied by you whenever possible.
If you have not supplied one, then we will make one from your
instructions and have you authorise the sample. We make sure
we run every job according to the perfect sample given/made.
Quality
inspection register (hourly)
Quality
checks are conducted every hour by our Quality Controllers against
the perfect sample and signed in register, to make sure that the
job runs smoothly and correctly from beginning to end.
Daily
report to client
this
report contains how many quantity we produced for the day.
Any component shortage, breakages and faults are quantified and
reported.
Final
production inspection audit prior to dispatch
Before
dispatch, one box out of every pallet is opened and checked against
the perfect sample and a Quality inspection stamp is applied.
If any faults are found at this stage, the whole pallet would be
submitted to quarantine. |
