Service Standards

1. When you contact us referring to any matter we will contact you back within 24 hours.

2. We will Quote you within 48 hours from the full information has been supplied except when there is a third party information and pricing required.

3. We will complete the job within our pre-quoted deadline with tolerance of +/- 10% of turn around time.

4. We will notify you of any delays (due to factors beyond our control) within 24 hours.

5. We will invoice you with in 7 days from goods leaving our premises.

6. At any occasion we fail to meet these service standards we will issue you with a credit voucher to a value of $100.00 or 10% of the value of the job which ever is lesser
